Thor, Marvel The Dark World is the sequel to the big screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, in their fight to save the Earth and the Nine Kingdoms a dark enemy that predates the universe itself.

How to make a sponge cake in three minuts.

One day while I was bored at home, I was hungry and I decided to cook something. Then I remembered a recipe that a friend told me to make a delicious sponge cake.

Ingredients are: 

                                                                                                          

• Milk
• Flour
• Sunflower oil
• Colacao
• Sugar
• Biscuits
• Eggs

        

Steps to prepare the sponge cake:

-You need a taperware to mix the ingredients with a spoon.
-Introduce the ingredients in the taperware:

• 1 egg
• 3 spoonfuls  of sugar
• 3 spoonfuls of flour
• 3 spoonfuls of colacao
• 4 spoonfuls of sunflower oil
• 4 spoonfuls of milk

-Move all ingredients until a slightly thick liquid chocolate colored.

-Crush the cookies you have at home and put them over the mixture.

-Finally introduce the mixture into the microwaves and wait 3 minuts.

So in ten minuts aproximately you will have a delicious sponge cake!

Yesterday is History, Today is a Gift, Tomorrow is Mystery

Tomorrowland is an electronic festival that takes place in Boom (Belgium). An estimated attendance of people of 75 different nationalities. There are pictures to prove it:

Flags of Belgium, Spain, Canada, Iran, Germany, Italy, France, Finland, Norway, Brazil, etc.

Since creation in 2005, the festival is celebrated each summer with performances by international DJs like:Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Tiësto, Armin Van Buuren, Hardwell, David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Nicky Romero, Fedde Le Grand, Carl Cox, Avicii, Knife Party, Chuckie, Sander van Doorn, Thomas Gold, Zedd, Laidback Luke, Martin Solveig, Afrojack, Alesso, Porter Robinson and Nervo, etc.

The first festival, which took place on July 30th 2005 lasted one day, but the third festival lasted two days for the first time in its history.
In 2008 for the first time too, involved over 100 DJs, then, in 2010, Swedish House Mafia and David Guetta broke all records for graphics and were responsible for an hysterical mass last two days and even longer. Tomorrowland sold out days before the event. This edition set a new record of 85,000 visitors over two days again.
In 2011was added another day to the festival, tickets were completely sold out and the three days they brought 87000 people and Tomorrowland was voted the best festival of electronic music in the world at the International Dance Music Awards.
In 2012 attended by 400 DJs, due to the great success of this festival is decided to make a pre-sale for the Belgians in March and then in April to others. Still, there was high demand and had people who were on the waiting list online.
Last, in 2013, Tomorrowland announced a new concept, TomorrowWorld. This will have the same theme that Tomorrowland, but in other cities outside the native country; once a year Tomorrowland will make a festival in other countries, do this while the main festival is in Belgium last weekend of July. "A new destination, a second home" is the main slogan TomorrowWorld.

If you're staying three days in Tomorrowland, will you have to sleep, right? Well, there you have from tents to prefabricated stalls and as a a lot of people, you will have your "room" in one of the areas of the esplanade.
Is very important know that:

• On Friday and Saturday it will be possible to check in until 22h00. After this time access will be denied and on Sunday it will be possible to check in until 21h00. After this time access will be denied. Generally everyone must check out by 14h00.

• The minimum age limit for entry to the festival is 18. (People born in 1995 will be Granted even though entrance They turn 18 after the festival) Anybody who turn 18 in 2013, are permitted entrance.This is a strict policy and anybody born in 1996 or later year, even if Accompanied by an adult will not be permitted entrance.

• Access to the festival ground can be refused or denied at all times.Clothes and / or other (visible) physical appearances, that express an explicit political, social movement or group, are forbidden.

Spinning

Hey !
I'm going to talk about spinning because I discovered is the best physical activity for me.

The Spinning is an aerobic exercise and principally legs, but the monitor can by changing the frequency and resistance to movement perform all kinds of intensities. This is a very adaptable gymnastic to the level of the student, may be as simple as a quiet walk or exhausting even for a professional cyclist.

I go to spinning classes three times a week: Tuesday and Thursday at half past eight p.m and Friday at three o'clock p.m. I love go to this classes, is a very satisfactory rest if I had a hard day.

The best of this activity is while you're pedalling you can listen to music and the monitor say you to go to the beat of it. The trick to not run out is dance !

Exhaustion!!!!!

Today I want to talk about exhaustion because in this moment is one o'clock in the morning and I'm very exhausted. The reason why I'm so exhausted is very eassy: today I went to bed at two o'clock in the morning beacause I was studing for a maths exam, after sleep only five hours i woke up and I went to the high school. Later, I got late to the maths exam on account of my tecnology's teacher. I argued with he my exam note because I had more note than my teacher had put on the exam. After do the large math exam I was very loaded and I went home. Afterwards, I couldn't do a little nap and finaly I went to the gym for vent myself.

Now I tell us the definition: exhausted is the lack of strength after performing a physical, intellectual or emotional effort, or lack of rest, but can be a symptom of disease if there isn't a previous activity to justify it.

One of the most important reason of exhausted symptom is study all day and all night in addition to the lot of homework that teachers give us, it's very difficult have a rest if we have a lot of homework to do all time.

My first entrance in english.

Hello!
In this moment I'm in my English class with my schoolmates: Anna, Maria, Carme, Pablo, Ernesto and the teacher: Juanito.

I'm starting this blog in English because is a work class. I think that with this blog I'll learn a lot English and I'll come to have ability with this language.

This entrance is an introduction, but the next will try to another things.
